Are you ready to become a local leader in the fight for reproductive freedom?
Sign up here!
This effort is only possible through the hard work and commitment of volunteers across the state. While we will have field offices and organizers ready to support our local teams, volunteers often need someone locally who can answer their questions and help ensure everyone is equipped to help!
Local leaders don’t have to do everything — their job is to help coordinate the local volunteers to meet our signature goals. The main responsibilities of a local leader are:
Communicating with volunteers in their local area to make sure everyone is aware of signature gathering opportunities
Helping identify places to gather signatures
Connecting volunteers to notaries and ensuring proper handling of petitions
Working with the field organizers to get petitions logged and turned in to county clerks
Answering questions from volunteers in the field
Training and supporting new volunteers as they start gathering signatures
If you’re interested in learning more, fill out this form and we’ll follow up with local leader trainings and more information.
Thank you for stepping up for this crucial role in this effort!
